Request an immediate chunk acknowledgement.
This SHOULD be requested before the connection is about to be closed or memory pressure of cached chunks is becoming an issue. There may also be other implementation-specific reasons for requesting chunk acknowledgement.
The other peer MUST send an update/connectionAck. The
connection SHOULD NOT be closed before having received that
acknowledgement, so all cached chunks of the requesting peer can be
safely discarded.
